TotallyNotAnFBI We don't tag stuff that only happens on a single page (like Cunnilingus here, as well as Mash/Shielder being present only briefly) unless its a rather extreme turnoff for a lot of people (scat, urination, snuff, vore), it only really takes a single page (can't really expect Nakadashi or Impregnation to be dragged out across multiple pages, though the actions that lead up to them generally would be), or the there's like 5 pages total. The general idea behind this is that if you're searching on a tag the galleries you'll find will actually give the stuff you were looking for a fair share of screentime, unless its a tag that is used primarily for blacklist purposes because its considered fucking gross or gruesome almost everyone.
General rule of thumb for character tags and most content tags is 20 pages of a long gallery or 20% of pages on a normal/short one, as a bare minimum, for stuff that easily/commonly meets this like Anal, Big Breasts, Stockings, ect. we can easily have higher standards than a mere 20%. One exception character tags have is that for galleries like FGO No Ashibon / FGOのあしぼん where screentime is shared evenly between a lot of characters we don't have any choice but to just tag everyone (though I'm considering adding a special tag to identify these because a single page of content still really isn't what people are looking for when searching on a character tag)

edit: same can be said for edits to remove incorrect tags, quite often people will just try to "backseat edit" where I just might or might not notice and do it myself when I moderate comments. Best way to point out missing or incorrect tags is to just place an edit and try to explain (why the tag is incorrect or which pages to double check to confirm a new tag is valid to save moderation time reading the entire thing)

Kaizuki -Tail Plug is an importer fuckup, was Tail, though honestly given that only the cover seems to show it, it really doesn't meet presence requirements anyway. -Scanlator tag was missing -Azur Lane characters often have their own tag with "(AL)" at the end to avoid overlap with the Kantai Collection character tag (exhentai just has them share the tag, which only really works for the 1% of readers that has a boner for the ship they're based on instead of the specific characters)

in case of censorship tags we decided it was enough to have Uncensored / 無修正 as people care more about filtering out censorship than nitpicking specific forms of censorship
