Yeah clarity is a strict rule on any new tag, but some of the older stuff is pretty misleading, biggest ones I can think of is that Hairy specifically requires excessive genital hair instead of just hairy people, all tags with "Futanari" except for Futanari / ふたなり itself also apply to Shemales, Virginity should only be used if the male is a virgin and of course the incest situation where tags for male family members are only used for yaoi.
filtering notifications is not possible as far as I know but we should definitely poke Puru about adding that option in for these situations
4: Identity: the tag has to be distinct enough, childs/slaves/subcategories to a larger tag are fine but need to be distinct enough of a subcategory yet not almost synonymous. Standalone tags need to be unique enough that you can't achieve pretty much the same result with a simple multitag search.
5 Maintenance: Pururin-exclusive tags don't add themselves, every gallery getting it would require an edit from someone and an approval of the edit by a moderator, so people need to give a good impression they can take some responsibility in getting their new tag applied where needed.
Personally I can relate to wanting this wholesome hidden sex subtag, I have my doubts about it clearing any of these requirements but if you want it seriously enough to put in the effort feel free to (try) prove me wrong on that.

1: Clarity: Tag description provided needs to be clear enough to leave edgecases at a minimum and name needs to summarize it properly.
2: Volume: tags with less than 20 example galleries would be too niche, I'd say 100+ is somewhat "healthy" but can do with less if other points are covered very strongly.
3 Interest: The tag needs to be more than just a personal fetish, I fully respect niches but giving people personal tags to themselves is not sustainable.

Just a heads up to anyone about to whine in comments about the lack of sex, I really don't think people are lining up to read about how you couldn't figure out how to blacklist Non-H and try to blame it on the content.
GundamKira note that Male On Futanari also covers Male on Shemale which seems to happen at the latter half. Already discussed with other mods that this can cause confusion but its been deemed a neccessary evil because we don't like the sound of "Male on Dickgirl" and "Male on Shemale" would be a hassle to maintain separately.
