Zaskrell with cloned tags you actually need to delete both instances, if you delete one of them the system will see the tag remains at least once and abstain from removing it at all.
This means you then need another update re-adding it. I'll do it myself if I'm approving but you might want to check back at edits afterwards just to be sure, Shirou and Kaizuki only occasionally look at gallery edits so they probably won't remember the special procedures involved with this bug and either reject it or forget to re-add the duped tag.

Well yeah in that case its a rejection then though I'm somewhat puzzled why the translators would give the sadpanda mirror a strictly better version than their own portfolio
Yeah I said I'd approve it today but will hold of for now, Shirous word overrules mine, but it was also made without taking into consideration that the translator is more likely to give their own site the de-bloated version than they are to give sadpanda a version that removes any reason to visit their own site. On top of the fact that resizing is a thing because past a certain resolution people care more for fast loads than for a few pixels of detail.
personally I'm fine with approving later, can always delete and replace in 10 min before it has much favorites/ratings to loose in the reupload if the resolution does seem to be very noticeably affected, but if I were to approve without waiting for the next approval wave after his response he'd probably just delete it outright without reupload.

As for image quality, while missing only 5 pages the sadpanda version has (presumably artist credit pages or chapter covers), it only has half the filesize, which I'd normally consider worrisome but translators drive should be more important to them than a sadpanda mirror so I'm assuming its either an improvement or a resize that doesn't really affect quality.
I'm really surprised the import worked out for you, this does have the loli tag so if any specific parts of sites are blocked this would be one of them. And whether or not all parts or most aren't available in your region, it doesn't stop other sites from fetching the data from you, meaning you could probably browse e-hentai by posting the link in google translate and opening it there......thats a trick I learned to browse 9gag on school network, not something that should work against a local government.......
I really respect the effort to help out in spite of the comfort source mods and other uploaders have being unavailable to you, so I'd gladly accept anything where the quality is high enough that no one would even know the difference if I swapped source links around after the fact. (provided it doesn't break other rules like fragmenting tanks or western artsyles)
oh and if you make the effort to merge, could you test if the "get source info" button works with sadpanda link I just gave you (of course after removing the spaces I put in because even mods aren't allowed to post clickable links here.....) would make tagging a bit easier for you and I'm really curious if that could bypass the region lock, probably not, but its worth a try.

ah right, sorry, ultimately this wasn't about the source, just the fact that they're fragmented, you should be able to merge the files of separate chapters (they probably got higher resolution on first if not all chapters there anyway) into a single zip after renaming the pages to fall into the right order again, I'd accept that as well and just slap on the source I gave for sake of giving mods their tag comparison.
