they lock all galleries tagged as Loli behind exhentai which requires an e-hentai account that's a week or so old (and probably cleaning your cache and cookies for the site if you've attempted to access before your account was old enough)
If you can wait the week out you can try it again with exhentai access, if you just want it uploaded and don;t really care who does it just say so and I'll make sure someone with ex access uploads it at the best resolution available.
KarasGreat, thanks for reuploading, I'll try to get it approved soon (mostly depends on trying to spread approvals evenly between uploaders and trying to keep every days batch varied tags, especially artist/circle and parody/character tags)
Gallery uploaded does not match the source link provided, scanlators (arguably the people making the most effort to make doujinshi available outside of Japan) have been discredited entirely and some tags have been left out.
I recommend grabbing it from e-hentai/exhentai through a torrent or the eze browser extension and reuploading the complete thing (I really wish we could but files are the only part of a pending upload that can't be tweaked). having an e-hentai/exhentai source links also allows using the get info tag to quickly fetch most of the tags meaning you'll only need to double check for incorrectly imported tags instead of filling everything in manually ( we still have our own tags but correcting the common mistakes on tag importer is usually enough that readers/editors can do the polishing)
We also don't accept new content tags that haven't been discussed and approved by multiple moderators in public discussion (preferably our official discord) first
I don't neccessarily dissapprove of cutting the textless part out, proper etiquette to bring it up in notes but would not have rejected it for just that. But I'm also gonna get in trouble if Shirou catches me approving stuff at a fraction of the expected filesize, 1/6 of the size for 1/2 of the images does not line up and mods aren't actually able to open the images to properly compare resolution/quality instead of just making guesses based on filesize consistency
The upload rules on source sites are there to avoid sources that lower the image quality to get lighter filesizes, the version your uploading has half of the pages and 1/6 of the filesize of what you're trying to pass it off as, while I can understand deciding to leave the textless pages out if it had been the only thing suspect about this such alterations should be mentioned in notes.

Side note, just had to fix a bunch of your uploads, if the upload system tries to make new content tags (Artist, Circle, Parody and Character are fine, and Scanlator and Collection will never be made automatically but should also be created where needed) those will pretty much always be tags we explicitely decided not to have (censorship tags, as you only need Uncensored / 無修正 to filter down to just uncensored/decensored galleries, focus anal, low loli, ect.) or tags that use different names here (tomgirl->trap, Small Breasts->Pettanko, also the Clothed Female Nude Male tag used to be called Clothed Female Naked Male but just changed it as having that one named differently really wasn;t worth the hassle of having to change it every time). So any content tag marked as new on an upload is one that should be removed or replaced.
Prothean We only new content tags if they're thoroughly discussed and approved with multiple moderators first, best way to do this is just bringing it up on our discords suggestions/improvements channel where multiple mods (probably Shirou and me, Kaizuki if discussion goes on long enough) will respond and random people from community can pitch in their opinions on if there's really demand for the new tag. Maintaining tags is a lot of work given someone is gonna need to make sure they're being applied not just to new uploads but whatever galleries of the ~40000 we already have need it get it as well so we have to set the bar high to ensure new tags can keep up with that huge responsibility.
Would be a Content tag not Category, and those have to be discussed thoroughly, we have almost 40000 galleries and hundreds more coming before 2021, a majority would qualify, someone needs to take responsibility for working through that astronomical backlog if we were to find enough community interest in this to seriously consider adding it......

nevermind that last part for now, full tank for volume 1 was out there just not in collection properly, but still a thing to remember if you come across other incomplete galleries.
