GPremoli To account for "legal Loli" and characters that look much older than they are, or don't age at the same speed as humans, Loli is applied purely based on appearances not on age, this case people seemd to agree she looks just barely mature enough for Pettanko but I'll leave it on pending for now to see if anyone else wants to weigh in on it.

Agree with Glovelove on the matter. she does look mature enough not to be considered as a loli in my eyes so I'd keep it with the Pettanko / ぺったんこ tag
