Karas noticed the missing character tags so should point out that most of the time content tags are the only ones that can't have new ones.
New content are usually ones we have under another name or specifically decided not to have. New Artists, Parodies, Characters, Scanlators and Conventions happen all the time, Fate series (this upload being an example) is pretty much the only parody where "new" tags tend to be tags we already have under different names.

Reason Fate/ series is weird with character tags is that in the original Fate/Stay Night they started with "Saber" (Artoria Pendragon / アルトリア・ペンドラゴン), "Archer" (EMIYA), "Lancer" (Cu Chulainn), "Rider" (Medusa), "Caster" (Medea), "Assassin" (Sasaki Kojirou) and "Berserker" (Hercules)
but then they did Fate/Zero with "Saber" (Artoria Pendragon / アルトリア・ペンドラゴン), "Archer" (Gilgamesh), "Lancer" (Diarmuid Ua Duibhne), "Rider" (Iskandar), "Caster" (Gilles De Rais), "Assassin" (Hassan of the Hundred Faces) and "Berserker" (Lancelot)......
Then Fate/Extra came, and Fate/Apocrypha and Fate/Grand Order and those didn't even stay to a single character per class, we decided to avoid those class names because there's like 50 characters each of them can refer to.
