Invalid source, source always needs to link directly to the page you downloaded it from (you can look at any pending upload from a mod or contributor for an example), this way we can double check the tagging easily and use the link to do a reupload if the file ends up corrupted after approval, as well as double check if you're not uploading a downsized or incomplete version of the gallery.

This case you seem to have duped something already on pending https://pururin.io/contribute/view/51537/kochou-shinobu-kan-neteiru-aida-ni-ossan-oni-ni-okasareru-rape-of-demon-slayer-2 so would have been rejected anyway, dupes can only replace the earlier upload if they're actually higher quality.
