>>1067632 @ Anonymous Its a bit of a controversial point between mods, Shirou is convinced absolutely no one would ever care what men in hentai look like outside of yaoi. I on the other hand Insist that while among our readers women are probably a smaller demographic, they're definitely out there and if accommodated for like they deserve more will come.
Besides, going by all the hate people have for Ugly Bastards (another tag that only exists because I held my foot down that people really do care what the men look like, he wanted it to stay as Dirty Old Man and leave all the fat greasy nerds untagged) proves that its really not just women and gay people that care.
Eventually I'll be going through all DILF, Ugly Bastard and BBM galleries to ensure they're applied properly and expand on Facial Hair and SSBBM.
Try to do checks like that before submitting and putting them in notes, if on the first tag I check there's 5 pages with Gloves on a 229 page gallery I really don't feel like spending hours tracking down the rest.
for clothing related stuff its better to provide a range like "pages 5-20" because someone looking for those tags is gonna be angry when their favorite tag that was advertised to be included only appeared in about 2% of the gallery, same can be said for activities like breast sucking, blowjobs, (multiple) paizuri and sixty-nine.
On tanks I sometimes just instant-reject if that sort of stuff isn't clarified because with countless other edits to moderate, galleries to approve, comment sections to clean up and forum to manage we don't have time to read entire tanks to double check where stuff happens and if its enough.
Sigmarc I don;t know who told you non-content tags had to have multiple uses but its fine, you don't have to remove those. I personally do try to remove new character tags if they're marked as lower power on ex, kind of a shame to have only a single gallery for a character you like then find out its only a minor cameo.
>>1067577 @ BronzeRobot Yeah they actually don't genderbend as much as they used to, as they've discovered that nowadays there's a lot of people who'll want to have their husbandos as well.
>>1067558 @ Anonymous9367 The fact that there's plenty of tags like Scat / スカトロ, Vore / 丸のみ, Snuff, Guro / グロテスク, Giantess / 大女, Infantilism, Smoking and Tickling (and don't even get me started on clothing related fetishes) should be plenty of proof that human culture has evolved far beyond from only being turned on by very directly sexual activities, I know it can be hard to grasp for some people but there really is a target audience for these tags out there, so content is produced to meet demands.
>>1067570 @ BronzeRobot yeah Gilles has a bit of a......unique.....look to him, don't feel like the Ugly Bastard tag would really fit him but he definitely isn't a DILF either
Sigmarccan you please go back to just renaming galleries to "DELETE ME"
https://pururin.io/contribute/view/46014/x galleries like this do exist and I'm gonna end up rejecting them by accident if thats how you name the ones that have to be rejected its also a lot harder to find the stuff I need to clean up if they don't share a single name I can just ctrl+f on, by renaming to a single letter you're effectively making it much harder for me to clean them out.
Sigmarc If you want a tag added you can always suggest it yourself on discord, a tag existing on sadpanda makes it more likely for us to add it but we don't always have to agree with their decisions, just like a "servant"tag for FGO or "Shipgirl" tag for Azur Lane and Kantai Collection, a Vtuber tag merely groups character tags together that have no shared trait beyond their canon background. If you want to argue that being a streamer is vital information that influences people their sexual preferences for a character even if it doesn't even come up in the doujin you can go ahead and start a discussion about it on discord and see if there's people that agree.
>>1067548 @ Sigmarc No I rejected the tag because public discussion was never started properly and I don't want to give people the impression they can just dump any new content tag on pending without doing that first, would take a lot of time rejecting shit if people started doing that.
Yes, I know its weird to you, but those readers are actually the people we have to prioritize as a doujin/hentai reading site, and even when it comes to keeping it convenient for those uploading and editing the content, we can't just add anything, editors aren't gonna put up with that, just as little as you'd put up with having to read every single gallery you upload.
Its the public discord, you've been there before, and it does allow random people to add in their opinion as well, which would mean contributing to the discussion
Another thing I want to note is that "those who don't contribute" make up 99% of -Our target audience --The people who will actually use our tags --The people who supply the money Pururin needs to stay online through ad income
Its hella inconvenient to discuss this sort of stuff in comments, and unless you're really hyped to go through 37665 galleries yourself to make sure its applied properly you're gonna need to have big editors on your side. We're also trying to avoid situations where a single mod pushed through a new tag other mods would disagree with, by displaying it publicly we should ensure there's 2 moderators and 1, preferably 2+ big editors willing to look after the tag.
>>1067450 @ confuzzled been a while since I read it (as I did it pre-upload and took 2 months or so to get approved) but IIRC Memories regressed along with the body, so just didn't remember anything after that age, which would leave someone pretty malleable to be raised as an completely different person as for accepting the gender swap, children tend to be really easy to convince (the younger the easier), which is why most of the world will not consider any papers signed by a minor legally binding.
Zzyzzyxx new content tags will almost always be instantly rejected if they haven't been discussed and per-approved by moderators (preferably multiple) on our discord, toddlercon really really isn't my thing so I wouldn't know if it does have good reason to exist alongside those very similar tags mentioned but Shirou might be convinced by the fact sadpanda accepted it as a tag.
