clo29 System we have to prevent dupes only checks for name, not the alt name, so you sorta need to check for dupes manually, and doesn't check pending uploads at all, meaning you have to give the pending contributions list a quick ctrl+f on both names to see if someone else (usually Sigmarc) doesn't already have it on pending.

By the time I see if it has any votes I've already clicked on the gallery to approve or reject it, sometimes just leave it be if it would be very bad for tag variety in that days batch of approvals or its still fairly likely for an updated version to be released on ex soon; but either way it is impossible for me to prioritize upvoted uploads without checking over 1500 pages one by one, by hand, every day
