well first of, for colorized content (not to be confused with stuff originally released as full color) we have pretty high standards on what we even allow nowdays, and even then the original black/white version is allowed as dupe because some colorized versions like this one can still feel pretty "off" for plenty of readers.
secondly its a reupload of [G7961] to double the resolution to a point where you can read small textbox on page 3 without squinting and the gallery overall looks a lot better. looking at it in hindsight the quality upscale does look less significant that it came across when Kai asked about it yesterday, but I do still consider squinting for a text box to be a clear sign a resolution upgrade would be appreciated.
