supposedly A very minor fix on 3rd page but I can't even find it, and nothing is fixed or improved for the rest of the gallery, definitely not worth the inconvenience of resetting the favorites/ratings

besides Sigmarc already asked about this one and to quote my reaction then:
'not gonna wipe all favorites/bookmarks/ratings/comments with a reupload if its just "fixed a typo somewhere" or "slightly improved the cleaning/typesetting (not that you'd really notice it)", I rarely approve stuff while its still very fresh exactly to avoid re-uploads for minor tweaks.'
On top of that he didn't note this one as a reupload stating why he's uploading something we already have, its understandable if uploaders that rarely ever do this sort of stuff don't think of that or mods skimp on it assuming they'll personally approve it on short notice anyway but Sigmarc should know better by now.
